Fast rising 22-year-old artist Amelle Rose is a French-born alternative indie-folk singer/songwriter currently based in East London. After several years of building up a loyal online following through YouTube videos that have garnered well in excess of 20,000 views, she decided to move from her hometown in France to the bright lights of London aged just 19.
Since that bold move to the English capital, Rose has been honing her craft, performing at various venues and collaborating with fellow musicians across the city.
Amelle Rose’s honest songwriting style depicts the vulnerability of the human in condition, in a spacious yet deeply personal and intimate way, all of which is supported by lush, airy electric guitars which lay the foundation for a dark, folk atmosphere.
And now the rising star has announced the exciting details of her brand new single ‘Rain’. The track which drops on February 19th, musically depicts through atmospheric reverb-filled guitars and luscious harmonies, the life changes affecting one’s mental health cleverly comparing it to the changes in weather.
